how long are appointments?

Each appointment is 50 minutes long, unless there is an exceptional reason to extend to 90minutes, reasons would include working on certain types of trauma.
 

how much does counselling cost?

Each counselling session costs £40.

Is the location secure?

The counselling room is within a quiet residential property, in a private road on the edge of the Park Farm housing estate. Off road parking spaces are available. Specific location details can be seen in the contact section.

Online counselling is used using a secure and password protected platform.

How do we get started?

Get in touch either by phone or email.

When it’s convenient we will complete a brief conversation over the phone so that we can check your suitability to the counselling on offer. If we agree to proceed we will schedule your first appointment. It really is that simple.

What happens during the first appointment?

We will need to complete some contracting and agree our way of working and then we can get started with whatever you want to bring. Each session will be led by your words but we may use some creative media if it assists your process.
