Reflections on 2019

Ups and Downs

On reflection, 2019 bought with it the usual up’s and down’s of life. This is certainly true for me and I have heard clients say similar as they use the end of the year as a moment to reflect.

As counselling is confidential it can be hard to share professional success stories but this one is far easier to share. This summer I was fortunate enough to be invited to a Royal Garden Party at Buckingham Palace in recognition of the work I put into helping others. It was a hot, happy day and it was a wonderful way to have my efforts recognised.
